No. The goal of this program is to teach you enough about your own body that you stop needing a coach. Most coaches keep you dependent. I don't. You leave with a real understanding of your posture and how to maintain it. Most straightforward cases wrap up in 4 sessions. If yours is more complex I'll tell you upfront.
No. All you need is a phone or laptop for Zoom and enough floor space to lie down. I'll let you know if anything specific would help your case.
